According to the weight of cargo, the reasonable design should reduce the weight of the whole vehicle and ensure normal use. Reducing the weight of the carriage is a necessary quality for a regular qualified carriage factory. Don't blindly pursue lightweight, safety always comes first. The rotating bracket on the top of the diagonal brace should also be noted. When unloading the cargo, we must remember to pull out the pin, pull out the pin and pull out the pin. If the design here is unreasonable, it is easy to pull out if there is a little bending, which troubles the unloading.

Higher requirement for load-bearing capacity of non-uniformly loaded beams during rollover

It is self-evident that the girders are of great importance to a trailer. Generally, the girders of side dump semi trailer  are larger than those of Van trucks with the same load. The first reason is that the main girder of the side-turning trailer has a secondary frame on the flat road. The requirement of the main girder is higher than that of the ordinary car. Secondly, the cargo pulled by the side-roll dump semi trailer is usually heavy cargo such as steel, stone, coal and so on, which also requires a higher load-carrying capacity of the girder.
